# MIN STUDIO — independent redesign

2026-09-13. Subject: an independent identity and digital product design studio. Audience: founders and product teams comparing collaborators. Primary job: understand the actual work, inspect decisions, and outline a project.

## Visual plan

Palette: paper white #fbfbf9; graphite #242629; cobalt #294dd9; cool gray #e9ebef; muted text #686c73. DORO's project art uses a separate restrained yellow and blue palette belonging to that case study. ONDA's product design uses deep plum and pale lilac. ARC's operations interface uses clear slate and white.

Type: Chivo for strong Latin display and short case titles; SUIT for Korean narrative and UI. Display 88/92 desktop, 45/49 mobile. Korean intro 18/30 desktop, 15/25 mobile. UI 13/20. No generic eyebrow above every section. Brand logo is custom path lettering with an open lower-case m, i and n, not an arbitrary industry icon.

Composition: a compact header with the wordmark and three navigation items; a wide typographic introduction with a concise Korean description; a large DORO campaign that feels like a real studio project; three deliberately different case presentations for physical brand, native mobile product and operations software; a focused studio statement and project brief dialog.

## Critique before building

Rejected the previous project-index renderer: the introductory two-column hero, reused generic pictures, repetitive three-item descriptions and shared inquiry template made the portfolio interchangeable. Also reject a huge floating 3D sphere: it does not demonstrate identity or product design. The memorable element is a real brand campaign, supported by product interfaces that can be operated. Motions communicate selection and progress; no blanket fade-up effect on every block.

## Content to author

1. DORO — a fictional home objects identity with a coherent product/packaging campaign generated specifically for this portfolio. Show logo proportions, two-color applications and rationale. No invented client results.
2. ONDA — a fictional listening app with an actual player interface, library selection and playback-position simulation. Clearly identify simulated playback and never start sound automatically.
3. ARC — a fictional operations workspace showing actionable inventory records, search, stock status and a detail drawer. Numbers derive from the displayed data.

Case studies include goal, design decisions and concrete deliverables. All projects are explicitly self-initiated fictional studio work, not external commissions. Contact creates a local brief and an optional user-operated email link to HMSOFT; no fake successful external submission.

## Implementation and review contract

Use dedicated `bespoke/` files. The shared batch generator must not overwrite this implementation. Review at 1440, 1024, 768, 390 and 320px; verify dialogs, focus return, app controls, inventory actions, reduced motion and no clipping. Capture before/after. Publish only this reviewed site and its hub thumbnail/metadata; preserve other live sites.
